Realtors make up a large portion of our clientele. Quite often before a purchase is made on undeveloped land, we are asked to walk the property with the costumer or realtor to make sure they can accomplish what they want site plan wise. It is afterall a very very important purchase. While walking the site with the customer we can talk about what they are hoping for in the layout of their property and we can advise them on site planning (where the house would best be located, the optimal spot for their septic system, etc) and help the prospective make their decision.

We also offer septic inspections, site assessments (for property being sold along a river or lake) and flood elevation certifications, to aide in the buying and selling process.
